We are building a UK wide network of short term, instant access, secure, dry storage space.

You need trailor, van or even articulated access directly into your storage area, no problem.

It’s all for you, we have no unit sharing. The storage in the whole unit is for your sole, exclusive use for the period that you rent it.

Our rates can be so low as we use previously empty units, where the landlord has no long term tenant. We only pay, and therefore only charge, a peppercorn rate and in exchange, we agree to move out as soon as they have a long terms tenant signed up.

If you would like longer term arrangements, this can also normally be arranged using say a two, three or even 12 month, rolling license.

If we don't have a suitable unit where you need it already, we will go searching to find one for you and at the same silly low price guarantee.

Once we have the licensee signed up, we are happy to communicate directly with the local rates office at the start and of course the end of our occupation.

As we need to maintain instant access availability, a major attraction and unique selling feature of our service offering, we will wish to have everything agreed ready for our occupation.

In the event that you find a long term tenant, our normal agreement is to vacate within four weeks.

It may also be that you know of a potential short term licensee who wants the benefit of one of your units but where the time period required and or the price point available, makes it simply un-cost justifiable.

Using our Store Master service enables you to continue to market your unit at potential Tenants whilst deriving some income from your otherwise empty property.

You only need deal with us, and we do just about all the work beacuse we, Store Master, take occupation of your unit to enable us to provide the storage service for our client.

We will always agree the payment terms with each landlord but in most instances on our fixed term agreements, we will pay your inclusive lease rental charges, in advance, in full, for the whole period. We are looking for a variety of units types and sizes.

They do not need to be pretty but amongst other things they must be clean, empty, secure and dry.
